Shipping policy

Shipping Rates
For non-drill purchases, we offer $10 USD flat rate shipping to the US and Canada.
For drill purchases, we charge $100 USD for shipping to the US, and $60 USD for shipping to Canada.
We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Order Processing and Delivery Estimate
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days from the time the order has shipped.

Issues with Orders
If you do not receive your order within 11 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@clinicchamp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@clinicchamp.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work towards a satisfactory solution.
